Responsible Gambling

Our commitment

We want you to enjoy playing with us while understanding the social and financial harm problem gambling can cause. We offer measures that reduce the risk of that harm, and we act where harm has already appeared.

Staying in control

Treat gambling as entertainment and never as a way to earn income. Play in moderation and only with money you can afford to lose, never with borrowed money or funds needed for daily living. Do not chase losses, because there will always be another day. Keep track of your time and spending, and take regular breaks. Avoid gambling when you are stressed, low, intoxicated or under the influence of medication or drugs.

Recognising a problem

Ask yourself whether you spend more time or money than planned, borrow or sell things to fund play, bet money meant for rent or bills, or feel you must win back losses quickly. If several of these sound familiar, act now, before the situation grows.

Self-exclusion

If you need a break, you can choose to exclude yourself for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or 1 year. During the period you cannot deposit, play or receive promotional offers, and you cannot open a new account with us. This differs from closing your account, so your balance stays locked until reactivation. When the period ends we email you and reactivate the account shortly afterwards.

We may extend the period if you show signs of excessive dependence on gaming. You can ask to revoke self-exclusion in writing through customer support, and the account is reactivated only after one calendar day has passed, a cooling-off that helps prevent rash decisions. We may refuse reactivation if we suspect a gambling problem remains.

Independent help

Treatment centres can offer advice and therapy. Gambling Therapy, Gamblers Anonymous and GambleAware are independent organisations that help people with compulsive and problem gambling, and none of them is connected to us.

Protecting minors

Nobody under 18 may open an account or play. If we learn that a minor has registered by getting past our age checks, including through someone gambling on their behalf, we close the account immediately and forfeit any winnings. We urge parents and guardians to use internet filtering software and to keep their own account details out of children's reach.
